We know that there are many questions about the Partnership, what we’ll look like as an organization, and what we plan to do. We are working diligently to establish an effective organization and engage key stakeholders who can help us plan a shared path forward.
In the coming months, we will be opening an office and announcing leaders and staff to guide what we expect to be a multi-year effort. Early this year, we will begin a series of community meetings to invite citizen input and harness the volunteer spirit that is so much a part of this region.
The challenges we seek to address are big and will require big solutions. This will be a long-term process. Building new roads, recruiting new doctors and teachers to our region and developing new neighborhoods will require years of work, substantial resources and sustained cooperation among many entities.
Every member of the Partnership is eager to participate in the decisions that will help ensure the full potential of the Permian Basin is realized by all, and we look forward to sharing more information with you soon.
